The more I think about it, the more it seems to me that yesterday [January 25, 2019] was a day full of brilliant warfare; both political and psychological. Not just winning over the public, but getting the [DS] to overplay their hand and expose themselves.

I] Fight-or-Flight

A physiological response stimulated by the sympathetic nervous system.

What are some emotions that can bring on this response

a) Fear

b) Anger – a “pointer” emotion that is supposed to “spur us to action” in response to a perceived injustice

Both emotions stimulated in the morning.

II] Stone arrest

a) Awaken the public… Shit, Mueller has that much power [that he is willing to abuse] to send SWAT to arrest a 70 year old with his deaf wife upstairs?

b) Fear: Shit, who else might he do it to?

c) Anger: Well this is not right [injustice]

d) Stone mentioned all the emails [and other pieces of evidence] he has. Well, guess what’s going to now enter public arena through discovery. Trump does not look like a revenged filled dictator ‘leaking documents to hurt a political enemy in a petty move” as the [MSM] would try to paint it [but he will DECLASS FISA, etc. Just talking about optics now]. But Mueller looks like a psycho drunk with power.

e) Just another case of [MSM] and [DOJ] saying lying is cause for arrest… Hear that [JC] [HRC] [JC(2?)] etc

f) [MSM] blasting the story in everyone’s face. Some [MSM] even pointing out hypocrisy and abuse. Public being made more and more aware each second.

III] POTUS Address

a) Change talking point. No longer on “workers being screwed by Trump;” just on the wall and politicians. [MSM] tries to change narrative and say it is Trump loosing. [MSM] is desperate; they realize what actual narrative will do to them [Nancy and Chuck hate America].

b) All eyes on Nancy and Chuck. Trump: Non-partisan; consistently stating facts. Nancy and Chuck: Nothing but partisan.

* Anger: well, this is not right [injustice]

*Anger: Why do they not care

*Anger: Wait, these people are hypocrites.

* [MSM] trying to change narrative to say Nancy is “Queen of DC.” Reality: Nancy looks like an uncompromising dictator now. [But has very little power over the wall, so she is not as dangerous].

c) Trump has showed much reserve and patients. [MSM] cannot claim he responded like a petulant impulsive petty child [they’ll try, but no one will believe them].

d) Very important POTUS put a time limit and very clearly stated his intentions. We do not have to feel like this will drag on forever, hard end date set.

It looks like another illegal alien was encouraged by Barack Obama to vote in the 2016 presidential election after he was promised no repercussions.

Enrique Salazar Ortiz, 63, was sentenced to nearly 3 years in prison for voting in the 2016 election by using a stolen ID.

Salazar Ortiz, a native of Mexico living near the San Antonio, Texas area was convicted of making a false statement on a passport application, unlawful voting by an undocumented immigrant and aggravated identity theft, the San Antonio Express-News reported.

Ortiz used the ID of a man named Jesse H. Vargas Jr. when he voted in the 2016 election, according to reports. It is still unclear how many elections Ortiz Salazar illegally voted in.

Authorities said a man with Vargas’ name and birth date had left the area as a teenager, when the now-57-year-old man’s family moved to California. But despite that, someone has used Vargas’ ID to vote in local elections “since at least 1994,” Bexar County elections administrator Jacque Callanen told the Express-News.

A public defender told U.S. District Judge Fred Biery that three other men had used the Vargas identity over the years. She said Salazar Ortiz began using the name several years back after buying a birth certificate from a man in a bar for $20.

His fake ID was detected by the State Department in December 2016 when he mailed in a passport application, the newspaper reported, adding that he was arrested during a raid at his home in August 2017.

US Attorney for the Western District of Texas, John Bash said Ortiz Salazar’s illegal vote is equivalent to suppressing a vote, because an illegal vote offsets a legal vote.” Adding, “We won’t abide it.”

Enrique Ortiz Salazar is one of the many tens of thousands of non-citizens (if not more) in Texas (and the US) who voted illegally in US elections.

On Friday, Texas Secretary of State David Whitley issued an advisory on voter registration list maintenance activity and the analysis revealed tens of thousands of non-citizens are not only registered to vote, but they are voting in elections.

The Texas Secretary of State announced Friday: 95,000 individuals identified by DPS as non-U.S. citizens have a matching voter registration record in Texas, approximately 58,000 of whom have voted in one or more Texas elections.

Voting in an election in which the person knows he or she is not eligible to vote is a second-degree felony in the State of Texas.

This is why Democrats want open borders and no ID requirements to vote in elections.

Democrats are also pushing for non-citizens to be given driver’s licenses so they can register to vote under ‘motor voter’ registration laws.

YouTube Tweaks Recommendations Algorithm To Block Videos By Flat Earthers, 9/11 Truthers

YouTube has already employed a number of strategies to suppress content its owners have branded "conspiratorial", "hateful" or otherwise contrary to the company's Silicon Valley value system - including demonetizing videos and deplatforming controversial content creators like InfoWars. Yet, criticisms about YouTube being a breeding ground for these non-mainstream, Overton-window-expanding ideas have persisted. Now, the company is trying something that could potentially harm the company's treasured view-hours metric: Tweaking its algorithm to stop users from being ushered into conspiratorial "rabbit holes" on everything from flat earthers, to the 9/11 truther movement, to purveyors of miracle cures.

According to the Daily Beast, the streaming video website is tweaking its recommendations algorithm to overlook content that "comes close" to violating - but doesn't explicitly violate - YouTube's "community guidelines." The company estimates that this will impact less than 1% of all videos posted on the site.

To be clear, these videos will still appear on YouTube, and they can still be displayed in search results. The only thing that will change, according to the company, is their placement in the recommendations bar or queue.

This could be a huge blow to Flat Earthers and others, who count YouTube as their biggest recruitment tool. But then again, that's the whole point: YouTube said the policy does an adequate job of balancing free speech with the public interest.

Currently, conspiracy theories like Flat Earth count YouTube as one of their largest recruitment tools. At the second annual Flat Earth International Conference in November, most participants told The Daily Beast they’d converted to Flat Earth belief after watching YouTube videos on the topic. Some said they’d started watching videos on conspiracies like 9/11, and eventually saw Flat Earth videos recommended in their YouTube feeds; others said they went looking for Flat Earth videos, and were recommended a stream of new Flat Earth videos.

Guillaume Chaslot, a former YouTube employee who worked on the site’s recommendation algorithm in 2010 previously told The Daily Beast that the algorithm can push people down conspiratorial rabbit holes.

"I realized really fast that YouTube’s recommendation was putting people into filter bubbles," Chaslot said last year. "There was no way out. If a person was into Flat Earth conspiracies, it was bad for watch-time to recommend anti-Flat Earth videos, so it won’t even recommend them.”YouTube has also faced criticism for the prevalence of far-right videos in its recommendations. A BuzzFeed investigation on Thursday found that, over the course of nine recommendations, YouTube took a viewer from a non-partisan clip about Congress to an anti-immigrant video uploaded by a hate group. (When The Daily Beast tried a similar experiment in a cookie-free Incognito browser last month, it took four clicks to travel from a recommended video on YouTube’s homepage to a video on the far-right “red pill” theory.)

However, there's at least one group that disagrees: The Flat Earth Society.

The Flat Earth Society condemned YouTube's decision. "While it's unfortunate that this will no doubt affect some of the most prominent Flat Earth content creators, the Flat Earth Society has been prepared for years. Any social network can pull the rug from under your feet if it decides that your content is no longer welcome - which is why we've never relied on these businesses too much," the group told The Daily Beast. "Who knows - perhaps it's time to start looking into a video sharing service of our own."

But don't worry: We're sure YouTube's latest crackdown won't arbitrarily and unintentionally punish conservative voices and other content creators falsely labeled as "nazis" and "conspiracy theorists".

A sergeant and a private at Fort Bragg sought to arrange sham marriages between soldiers and immigrants, offering cash, housing benefits and furniture as incentive for potential brides, according to federal court documents.

Arrest warrants were issued this week for Sgt. Edward Kumi Anguah, described as “the facilitator” of the conspiracy, and Pvt. Ahmid Mohammed-Murtada, a recently naturalized citizen from Ghana serving in a Fort Bragg Army unit, court records show.

The investigation began in December when an agent for the Department of Homeland Security interviewed Pvt. Endasia East about having an affair with a single soldier while married to Sulemana Ibrahim, according to a criminal complaint filed in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.

1. Additionally, in the recent shutdown, furloughed employees were NOT able to view or check government emails, so any staff under FBI investigation would have been monitored for misuse. And if a FISA was active, they would be monitored at home too.

1. When they return to work for the next 21 days, computer programs can monitor activity ranging from malfeasance, misconduct or neglect of duty as measured against prior levels of work effort to find data outliers & performance gaps. Thus pretext for removal.

1. During the 35 day shutdown, the agency directors and non-furloughed employees had complete unfettered access to all emails, communication, projects and workflow of furloughed staff. Now imagine if Q+ already knew which employees were “bad actors”.

Seven SEALs Granted Immunity in Iraq War Crimes Prosecutions

New details in the case against a Navy SEAL charged with multiple war crimes emerged Friday, during a marathon motion hearing at Naval Base San Diego.

The hearing revealed that seven Navy SEALs have been granted immunity to testify for the prosecution during the upcoming trial of Edward R. Gallagher, a chief special warfare operator alleged to have murdered a wounded teenage ISIS combatant by stabbing him in the neck.

The trial phase is scheduled for Feb. 19. Prosecutors expect to call the seven SEALs and up to 13 additional witnesses of the May 2017 incident in Mosul, Iraq.

Defense attorneys asked the judge, Navy Capt. Aaron Rugh, to suppress some aspects of those witnesses' expected testimony, particularly the numbers of people Gallagher allegedly bragged about killing.

Witnesses told NCIS investigators that Gallagher bragged about killing up to 200 people during the 2017 deployment. Another witness said Gallagher told him he killed "three a day" and to "do the math" for the total number he killed.

The defense argued that these figures would prejudice a jury panel. The judge denied the motion.

Defense attorneys also asked that evidence seized from three of Gallagher's cell phones be suppressed. All evidence in the case is under a protective order, but photos, videos and text messages are part of the government's case against the SEAL.

Gallagher took the stand and testified that when he was arrested on Sept. 11, he was not allowed to call his attorney. NCIS interrogators asked him to use his fingerprints to unlock his phone, he said, and investigators watched Gallagher enter his pass code, which they then used to unlock his other devices.

The judge had not ruled on that motion as of late Friday evening.

Prosecutors also revealed they have a knife recovered from Naval Special Warfare Group 1 in Coronado and that it tested positive for DNA. They did not say whose DNA or that it was the murder weapon, although it was undergoing further testing.

More details about the battle that precipitated that alleged murder also came to light.

Prosecutors said the incident began May 3, 2017, with a drone strike and two Hellfire missiles hitting two sides of a home in Mosul.

Witness statements conflict about whether the injured ISIS fighter was inside the home when it was struck. The prosecution says he was, but the defense said their witnesses say he was injured by gunfire, not the drone strike.

Federal law enforcement is searching for a man in connection with a fire that occurred at the D.C. pizza restaurant at the center of the “Pizzagate” conspiracy theory.

The fire at Comet Ping Pong occurred Wednesday night. Firefighters who responded discovered that workers at the pizzeria put the fire out, according to the NBC affiliate in Washington, D.C.

It’s unclear whether the arson is related to the “Pizzagate” conspiracy theory, which spread after social media users noticed several mentions of pizza in leaked emails from Hillary Clinton's campaign chairman, John Podesta. The conspiracy theory claims this is evidence that Clinton was running a pedophilia ring and said Comet Ping Pong, where Podesta sometimes dined, was the ring’s home base.

After the conspiracy theory spread, a North Carolina man walked into Comet Ping Pong, fired one shot from an AR-15, and pointed the gun at a patron.

The man, Edgar Madison Welch, pleaded guilty in March 2017 to a federal charge of interstate transport of firearms and a local charge of assault with a deadly weapon.

Welch said he was investigating “Pizzagate.” He was sentenced to four years in prison.

On June 1, 2013 Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse lead investigator, Mike Zullo, revealed for the first time that Reed Hayes of Hawaii is the Certified Document Examiner (CDE) who produced the 40 page opinion referenced in an Alabama court affidavit concluding that Obama's White House pdf birth certificate image was completely fabricated.

Obots (FogBlowers) have rushed to denounce Reed Hayes as a "quack" but might be surprised to find that one of Hayes' clients listed in the Expert Witness Directory at the thread link is an attorney with Perkins Coie. That is the law firm whose partners have provided Obama's personal defense against all birth certificate and natural born citizen litigation over the past five years.

Should Sheriff Arpaio succeed in getting congress to investigate the authenticity of Obama's BC, the Perkins Coie legal team defending Obama will be hard pressed to denounce Reed Hayes as a "quack" when members of their own firm have used him as an expert witness. Their own prior cases where Hayes was used as a witness would be compromised if they use Alinski-style mocking ad hominem attacks on Hayes.

Obots are already peppering Hayes with e-mails trying to discover the details in his 40-page forensic analysis of the pdf BC, but Hayes has properly refused to disclose any details and refers them to Arpaio and the CCP who own his report.

The Obot attempt to find "dirt" on Hayes was quickly derailed by their discovery that Hayes had a male "partner" (now deceased) who had been an ACLU lawyer in Hawaii making it likely that Hayes himself was a liberal progressive and likely Obama supporter and not some Tea Party "birther" prior to being engaged to examine Obama's BC image.
