LOOP Capitol is also involved with Illinois public schools. It looks like they have been trying to get a lock on many or all the public school systems via dem controlled districts?

Money from school teacher retirement/401 type accounts they will eventually lose by investing in a shell company where they it is funneled into another account possibly. The teachers wake up to find their retirement accounts via Loop have taken a big hit and are none the wiser. Told it was a bad investment.

Not sure but they are running a game here and someone more astute in banking and funds might be able to see how it would work.

I'm just speculating here. But I think the game is, is that Loop is filtering money back into the pockets of the politicians and their cohorts The politicians are targeting the schools, teachers unions and local agency's in their districts to accomplish this.
