Money from school teacher retirement/401 type accounts they will eventually lose by investing in a shell company where they it is funneled into another account possibly. Broward Fag here. Not sure what it's worth but I can confirm that Israel is a known dirtbag and the sad reality we deal with around here is that most of our law enforcement is hopelessly corrupt. I am an anon currently in Washington DC with a lot of free time.

So, what if Cruz only thought he was supposed to bring in the equipment and had no idea he was a Patsy? Suppose the Broward officers who stood down were being ordered to do so by someone watching the tinkered with security cams? What if there was another shooter (part of the plan) and Cruz was supposed to have been tracked via cam, taken out (along with witnesses who could report he wasnโ€™t in tactical gear) and framed with the tactical gear/gun? Thank you for confirming this. I hope these evil mf'ers get locked up. I saw a video today where Israel said he hired all his friends. This is coming full circle for me. There's a video of Israel talking to a mosque about not locking up kids who break the law because he believes they deserve second chances. In that video he talked about how he hired his friends and received a lot of flack for it, but his mom told him it was ok. YAWN. Ugh. then I saw an article or a vid where someone said they don't lock up kids because they wanted to get more federal money, and if the kids are out of school, they get less money. Also stated was because kids breaking the law didn't get locked up, the crime just got worse from there.

Wikileaks has cracked the encryption to a key document relating to the war in Afghanistan. The document, titled "NATO in Afghanistan: Master Narrative", details the "story" NATO representatives are to give to, and to avoid giving to, journalists.

The encrypted document, which is dated October 6, and believed to be current, can be found on the Pentagon Central Command (CENTCOM) website oneteam.centcom.mil. The encryption password is progress, which perhaps reflects the Pentagon's desire to stay on-message, even to itself.

 

Among the revelations, which we encourage the press to review in detail, is Jordan's presence as secret member of the US lead occupation force, the ISAF.

 

Jordan is a middle eastern monarchy, backed by the US, and historically the CIA's closest partner in its extraordinary rendition program. "the practice of torture is routine" in the country, according to a January 2007 report by UN special investigator for torture, Manfred Nowak.[1]

 

The document states NATO spokespersons are to keep Jordan's involvement secret. Publicly, Jordan withdrew in 2001 and the country does not appear on this month's public list of ISAF member states.[2]

 

Some other notes on matters to treat delicately are:

 

Any decision on the end date/end state will be taken by the respective national and/or Alliance political committee. Under no circumstances should the mission end-date be a topic for speculation in public by any NATO/ISAF spokespeople.

The term "compensation" is inappropriate and should not be used because it brings with it legal implications that do not apply.

Any talk of stationing or deploying Russian military assets in Afghanistan is out of the question and has never been the subject of any considerations.

Only if pressed: ISAF forces are frequently fired at from inside Pakistan, very close to the border. In some cases defensive fire is required, against specific threats. Wherever possible, such fire is pre-coordinated with the Pakistani military.

 

Altogether four classified or restricted NATO documents on the Pentagon Central Command (CENTCOM) site were discovered to share the 'progress' password. Wikileaks has decrypted the documents and released them in full:

The more I read about this, the more I think there are no dead people, and they had "mercenaries" using "blanks." I saw there were articles about funerals, so maybe funerals took place. But look at it this way, in a school of 3,000 there would be students you do not know. So what if the alleged dead are made up fake people. Interesting.

The thymus does some pretty special things in children and not adults. The gland keeps growing in children until about the age of puberty/sexual activity. From that point forward it shrinks and seems to stop producing t-cells. Keeps children young and healthy. Children's blood would have special healing youthful properties. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the โ€œAllow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act of 2017โ€.

SEC. 2. Sense of congress.

It is the sense of Congress thatโ€”

(1) section 230 of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 230; commonly known as the โ€œCommunications Decency Act of 1996โ€) was never intended to provide legal protection to websites that unlawfully promote and facilitate prostitution and contribute to sex trafficking;

(2) websites that promote and facilitate prostitution have been reckless in allowing the sale of sex trafficking victims and have done nothing to prevent the trafficking of children and victims of force, fraud, and coercion; and

(3) clarification of such section is warranted to ensure that such section does not provide such protection to such websites.

SEC. 3. Promotion of prostitution and reckless disregard of sex trafficking.

 

(a) Promotion of prostitution.โ€”Chapter 117 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after section 2421 the following:

โ€œยง 2421A. Promotion or facilitation of prostitution and reckless disregard of sex trafficking

โ€œ(a) In general.โ€”Whoever uses or operates a facility or means of interstate or foreign commerce or attempts to do so with the intent to promote or facilitate the prostitution of another person shall be fined under this title, imprisoned for not more than 10 years, or both.

โ€œ(b) Aggravated violation.โ€”Whoever uses or operates a facility or means of interstate or foreign commerce with the intent to promote or facilitate the prostitution of another person andโ€”

โ€œ(1) promotes or facilitates the prostitution of 5 or more persons; or

โ€œ(2) acts in reckless disregard of the fact that such conduct contributed to sex trafficking, in violation of 1591(a),

shall be fined under this title, imprisoned for not more than 25 years, or both.

โ€œ(c) Civil recovery.โ€”Any person injured by reason of a violation of section 2421A(b) may recover damages and reasonable attorneysโ€™ fees in an action before any appropriate United States district court. Consistent with section 230 of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 230), a defendant may be held liable, under this subsection, where promotion or facilitation of prostitution activity includes responsibility for the creation or development of all or part of the information or content provided through any interactive computer service.

โ€œ(d) Mandatory restitution.โ€”Notwithstanding sections 3663 or 3663A and in addition to any other civil or criminal penalties authorized by law, the court shall order restitution for any offense under this section.

โ€œ(e) Affirmative Defense.โ€”It shall be an affirmative defense to a charge of violating subsection (a) where the defendant proves, by a preponderance of the evidence, that the promotion or facilitation of prostitution is legal in the jurisdiction where the promotion or facilitation was targeted.โ€.

(b) Table of contents.โ€”The table of contents for such chapter is amended by inserting after the item relating to section 2421 the following:

 

โ€œ2421A. Promotion or facilitation of prostitution and reckless disregard of sex trafficking.โ€.

SEC. 4. Communications decency act.

Section 230(e) of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 230(e)) is amended by adding at the end the following:

 

โ€œ(5) NO EFFECT ON STATE LAWS CONFORMING TO 18 U.S.C. 1591(A) OR 2421A.โ€”Nothing in this section shall be construed to impair or limit any charge in a criminal prosecution brought under State lawโ€”

โ€œ(A) if the conduct underlying the charge constitutes a violation of section 2421A of title 18, United States Code, and promotion or facilitation of prostitution is illegal in the jurisdiction where the defendantโ€™s promotion or facilitation of prostitution was targeted; or

โ€œ(B) if the conduct underlying the charge constitutes a violation of section 1591(a) of title 18, United States Code.โ€.

SEC. 5. Savings clause.

Nothing in this Act or the amendments made by this Act shall be construed to limit or preempt any civil action or criminal prosecution under Federal law or State law (including State statutory law and State common law) filed before or after the day before the date of enactment of this Act that was not limited or preempted by section 230 of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 230), as such section was in effect on the day before the date of enactment of this Act.

Had me look at my finger and "will" it to rise without using my finger muscles, And it did, Kinda shakey as it rose, but I remember the sensation that I made my finger rise off the table with my mind, not my muscle. I also remember going very deep into a trance, felt great afterward. Didn't quit smoke though, lol. Anyway, I do have a history of childhood trauma and have been told I have PTSD. Never officially put that on my records and no I never have gone for a medical marijuana script even though I know I'd qualify. Just do not want my name/records in the system like that. Have also been told I have a high pain tolerance and there have been situations when I was in a great deal of physical pain wherein I meditated/breathed the pain away, or rather, I meditated myself away from the pain. Stillโ€ฆthe whole suggestibility factor intrigues me. I feel that while I know I am highly hypnotizable, that is true only if I will it, or consent to it, or choose to engage in it, myself.
