I use omnichan. The pros are, with the current iteration, that it makes viewing the thread much easier on phones, for me at least. There are some challenges with embedding videos (still have yet to figure out how to do it) and replies out of the bread aren't as easily tracked - but it does automatically indicate when a link is outside of the bread. It also makes editing replies much easier for me.
