ES: Only partly. That does have an effect upon it. The human mind can destroy it. Not only mine but anyone else's. This IS part of positive thinking. I don't know how spiritually inclined you are, but one of my observations goes like this: it is the intent that the individual who is creating the material, their mental intent has an effect upon the product. The reason conventional or allopathic medicine doesn't work and never will work is because those individuals that are creating it are creating it not to cure anybody, but their main intent is to make a profit. It does make the profit but it is not effective as a cure. So you would have to change the entire effort of the medical profession and the pharmaceutical industry before you could get allopathic medicines to work again. I don't care what Clinton does or anyone else, unless they make some basic change there, nothing they do is going to work, unfortunately.

If you read a couple of hundred books on the art of positive thinking and that type of subject material, well then you will start to change the direction that you are thinking and you'll be right where you should be. Try not to be too scientific about it. Every time someone does they get it all screwed up.

This material is advanced to the point where you have to go back and start with Einstein and realise that he in his later writings indicated that nothing exists in the universe except electromagnetic vibrational frequency. There is no such thing as mass. Once you understand that and that everything is electrovibrational magnetic energy, then everything else becomes quite plain. Again, what we consider mass or solids are simply vibrational densities. If you can agree with that, then the rest of all of this becomes easy, because all you're doing is providing a vibrational catalyst that allows the body to tune itself or become in vibrational balance. When it does that it eliminates all vibrational density in the body. When it eliminates the vibrational density which we call disease, the disease no longer exists. That's purely and simply all it is.

SS: So couldn't a person who is clear in their attitude and consciousness infuse those vibrations into a substance which could carry that vibration?

ES: Yes, you can do that. But at the same time, if you can do that you could cure any illness you had. The mind is powerful enough to do that. This is what they call the placebo effect. The placebo effect actually runs close to 30% in many cases.

NSA shares raw intelligence including Americans' data with Israel

The National Security Agency routinely shares raw intelligence data with Israel without first sifting it to remove information about US citizens, a top-secret document provided to the Guardian by whistleblower Edward Snowden reveals.

Details of the intelligence-sharing agreement are laid out in a memorandum of understanding between the NSA and its Israeli counterpart that shows the US government handed over intercepted communications likely to contain phone calls and emails of American citizens. The agreement places no legally binding limits on the use of the data by the Israelis.

The disclosure that the NSA agreed to provide raw intelligence data to a foreign country contrasts with assurances from the Obama administration that there are rigorous safeguards to protect the privacy of US citizens caught in the dragnet. The intelligence community calls this process "minimization", but the memorandum makes clear that the information shared with the Israelis would be in its pre-minimized state.

The deal was reached in principle in March 2009, according to the undated memorandum, which lays out the ground rules for the intelligence sharing.

The five-page memorandum, termed an agreement between the US and Israeli intelligence agencies "pertaining to the protection of US persons", repeatedly stresses the constitutional rights of Americans to privacy and the need for Israeli intelligence staff to respect these rights.

But this is undermined by the disclosure that Israel is allowed to receive "raw Sigint" – signal intelligence. The memorandum of understanding, which the Guardian is publishing in full, allows Israel to retain "any files containing the identities of US persons" for up to a year. The agreement requests only that the Israelis should consult the NSA's special liaison adviser when such data is found.

Notably, a much stricter rule was set for US government communications found in the raw intelligence. The Israelis were required to "destroy upon recognition" any communication "that is either to or from an official of the US government". Such communications included those of "officials of the executive branch (including the White House, cabinet departments, and independent agencies), the US House of Representatives and Senate (member and staff) and the US federal court system (including, but not limited to, the supreme court)".

It is not clear whether any communications involving members of US Congress or the federal courts have been included in the raw data provided by the NSA, nor is it clear how or why the NSA would be in possession of such communications. In 2009, however, the New York Times reported on "the agency's attempt to wiretap a member of Congress, without court approval, on an overseas trip".

The NSA is required by law to target only non-US persons without an individual warrant, but it can collect the content and metadata of Americans' emails and calls without a warrant when such communication is with a foreign target. US persons are defined in surveillance legislation as US citizens, permanent residents and anyone located on US soil at the time of the interception, unless it has been positively established that they are not a citizen or permanent resident.

Moreover, with much of the world's internet traffic passing through US networks, large numbers of purely domestic communications also get scooped up incidentally by the agency's surveillance programs.

The document mentions only one check carried out by the NSA on the raw intelligence, saying the agency will "regularly review a sample of files transferred to ISNU to validate the absence of US persons' identities". It also requests that the Israelis limit access only to personnel with a "strict need to know".

Israeli intelligence is allowed "to disseminate foreign intelligence information concerning US persons derived from raw Sigint by NSA" on condition that it does so "in a manner that does not identify the US person". The agreement also allows Israel to release US person identities to "outside parties, including all INSU customers" with the NSA's written permission.

Although Israel is one of America's closest allies, it is not one of the inner core of countries involved in surveillance sharing with the US - Britain, Australia, Canada and New Zealand. This group is collectively known as Five Eyes.

The relationship between the US and Israel has been strained at times, both diplomatically and in terms of intelligence. In the top-secret 2013 intelligence community budget request, details of which were disclosed by the Washington Post, Israel is identified alongside Iran and China as a target for US cyberattacks.

While NSA documents tout the mutually beneficial relationship of Sigint sharing, another report, marked top secret and dated September 2007, states that the relationship, while central to US strategy, has become overwhelmingly one-sided in favor of Israel.

The memorandum of understanding also contains hints that there had been tensions in the intelligence-sharing relationship with Israel. At a meeting in March 2009 between the two agencies, according to the document, it was agreed that the sharing of raw data required a new framework and further training for Israeli personnel to protect US person information.

It is not clear whether or not this was because there had been problems up to that point in the handling of intelligence that was found to contain Americans' data.

However, an earlier US document obtained by Snowden, which discusses co-operating on a military intelligence program, bluntly lists under the cons: "Trust issues which revolve around previous ISR [Israel] operations."

The defendant in the mystery grand jury subpoena challenge related to the Mueller investigation is being represented by the law firm Alston & Bird, a firm that has previously represented Russian entities, a lawyer working to unseal the case confirmed Wednesday.

Ted Boutrous, the lawyer for the Reporters Committee, confirmed CNN's prior reporting that Alston & Bird represents the foreign government-owned company facing scrutiny from special counsel Robert Mueller.

That subpoena case is now before the Supreme Court, and Boutrous' team is attempting to get parts of it unsealed.

Boutrous said in a statement that the government revealed Alston & Bird's identity during legal proceedings, and that they "did not object to the government's disclosure originally, and neither party has suggested to us in their emails or otherwise that we need to keep counsel's identity a secret."

"Given these circumstances, we believe that there are no restrictions on us and that it is appropriate for us to confirm that, based on the events described above, the identity of Petitioner's counsel in the Supreme Court is Brian Boone of Alston & Bird," he added.

Court documents show that the foreign government-owned company is still fighting the subpoena for information needed in a criminal proceeding from last summer.

The Supreme Court hasn't yet agreed to consider the mystery company's request to challenge the subpoena itself. The court agreed Wednesday to review requests related to the case, including whether to entertain Boutrous' effort to intervene in the case, behind closed doors on February 15.

CNN previously saw a team from Alston & Bird attend a sealed court hearing related to the case opposite several prosecutors from Mueller's office.

The firm has represented Russian interests in the past, including working for a Russian oligarch and a contractor of the Russian government. Boone lists among his prior clients the Republican National Committee regarding public records litigation.

I use omnichan. The pros are, with the current iteration, that it makes viewing the thread much easier on phones, for me at least. There are some challenges with embedding videos (still have yet to figure out how to do it) and replies out of the bread aren't as easily tracked - but it does automatically indicate when a link is outside of the bread. It also makes editing replies much easier for me.

A House committee voted to keep the words “so help you God” in an oath witnesses are required to take before providing testimony, after an attempt to remove the phrase sparked objections with some Republicans.

The Democrat-controlled House Committee on Natural Resources proposed to remove the reference to God from the committee’s oath, according to a draft of committee rules that was first reported by Fox News. The draft (pdf) shows the words “so help you God” in red brackets, meaning that the words would have been eliminated.
