fbi plant? hmm… I generally just think of factions of the cult outside the agencies they infiltrate. i.e. a saud plant (Obama) versus a Rothschild plant (Hillary) - ut the agencies themselves - hard to imagine the actual hierarchy - which Q has mentioned
