DNC / Cartel collusion?
DNC says 'we don't need a wall, all drugs come through ports of entry'
Cartel packs a massive amount of drugs in a tractor.
The tractor gets discovered (because cartels shipping the biggest shipment ever don't know how to hide it?) Or was there a tip? Was this a plant? Are they desperate enough to give up one big haul to try to discredit the wall and add to DNC talking points? Surely just a coincidence.
