Patriots, This is the very last time I will bring this to you because after next week, it will be too late. The window for 100+X on your money is closing. 3 weeks ago I brought this ticker symbol here a few times,(1st pic related) and got my ass kicked pretty bad, Well, It was worth it. In all of my years of trading in the OTC, I have never seen a situation like VYST, not even remotely close. No one has. It's trading at just over .04 and this time next year it will be trading well above $4.00 on the NASDAQ. A 250mm share buyback was announced by the company last week, to attempt to buy back and retire half of the outstanding shares back to the treasury, also an unprecedented event on the OTC. The second week of February, Rotman's Furniture, a 60 year old family business, which is the 3rd largest independently owned furniture store in the country, will be rolling into VYST and bringing with it 35mm of annual revenue with it. VYST is Vytex Corp. They have patented the process of taking rubber, and spinning it in a centrifuge

and removing all of the crap from it. This non-allergenic clean rubber is a quantum leap for the rubber industry, and has over 40,000 applications. Before I get too deep into all of that I will simply leave you with this link. It is a Due Dilligence package put together by a very good friend, This man has 22 years of service to our country. Retired as an officer In the United States Air Force as a Major. Did 1 tours in Iraq, and Special Ops work in Japan, was a logistics officer, used to write war plans, and help execute them. Used to brief Generals every morning, General Casey comes to mind. He has more accommodations then some Generals, I've seen em. This man almost died for me multiple times serving our country, and I'd swear on a stack of bibles that I would take a bullet for him. I've known him very well, and never once has he lied to me, or have I seen him try to put anyone in harms way with their investments, I trust him completely, he compiled the Sticky's. Those Sticky's are notes from long conversations with Greg Rotman, the son of the CEO of VYST Steven Rotman, Greg is the man turning the wrenches on this roll up. We both called Greg multiple times, we compared our notes, and guess what? They matched perfectly. The alarm was sounded and this information started to flow. Here are a list of the notes from those calls. BTW, throughout all of these emails and calls from other VYST shareholders, and their notes, Greg has been 100% consistent. Since 2013, the Kenyan government has provided free maternity services at government-run hospitals, including antenatal services until the child reaches the age of five.

Pumwani Maternity Hospital, one of the oldest institutions in Kenya and founded in the 1920s, is currently under investigation for medical negligence and child trafficking by the Medical Practitioners and Dentist Board (MPDB), a government agency.

 

"Yes, we have received reports of women paying money when they are not supposed to do so just to give life," said Daniel Yumbya, the chief legal officer at the board. "We have as a result cancelled the licenses of some doctors, about 46 of them.

 

"We will soon be sending a proposal to the Kenyan parliament on new measures to punish medical practitioners who break the law."

 

Yumbya said some women have lost their lives waiting to deliver babies through emergency cesarean sections in various hospitals.

 

He said that eight private maternal clinics have been shut down countrywide by overcharging their patients in the last few months. Illegal deals by doctors have also killed pregnant women, he said.

 

"We are also investigating St Mary's, a Catholic hospital, for overcharging their patients way beyond the normal amount of $50 for a normal delivery. It's disappointing that a missionary hospital can do such a thing," said Yumbya.

 

He said that there is no recent data on bribery as most cases go unreported. But based on regular complaints, he explained, the trend is worrying.

Former Richwood correctional supervisor pleads guilty to role in physical assault of inmates

 

MONROE, La. – The Justice Department and U.S. Attorney David C. Joseph announced that Roderick Douglas, a former supervisor at the Richwood Correctional Center, pleaded guilty Wednesday in federal court for his role in a conspiracy to violate the civil rights of five inmates.

 

According to his guilty plea, Douglas worked as a Captain at the Richwood Correctional Center in Richwood, Louisiana, where on October 30, 2016, he and other officers conspired to inflict cruel and unusual punishment upon five inmates by spraying a chemical agent in their face and eyes while the inmates were handcuffed, compliant, kneeling on the floor, and not posing a physical threat to anyone. Douglas admitted that he and the other officers attempted to hide their conduct by submitting a false story in their official reports concerning the incident.

The Senate Intelligence Committee obtained phone records showing Donald Trump Jr. did not speak with his father from a blocked telephone number in the days before the infamous Trump Tower meeting in June 2016.

Mullens Family Clinic Doctor Pleads Guilty to Healthcare Fraud Scheme

Barit, M.D., 71, of Raleigh County, and the only practicing physician at Mullens Family Clinic, pled guilty to executing a long-running healthcare fraud scheme. As part of the plea, Dr. Barit admitted that from about October 7, 2013 through January 24, 2018, he defrauded Medicare and Medicaid by submitting claims indicating that he treated patients at his clinic in Mullens on dates when he was outside the United States. As part of the plea, Dr. Barit agreed permanently surrender his West Virginia medical license as well as his Drug Enforcement Administration registration. UT Health Science Center Pays More than $2.3 Million to Resolve Allegations

 

HOUSTON – The University of Texas Health Science Center (UTHSC) at Houston has paid $2,396,769.76 to resolve allegations that its Human Genetics Center misappropriated grant funds the National Institutes of Health (NIH) provided for research related to the impact of genomic variation on individual health and the health of families and populations, announced U.S. Attorney Ryan K. Patrick. A component of UTHealth, UTHSCH is one of the largest research institutions in the United States.

 

“Misappropriating NIH grant funds intended to advance the health of individuals and families, as alleged here, will not be tolerated,” said Special Agent in Charge CJ Porter of U.S. Department of Health and Human Services – Office of Inspector General. “Patients can be assured the government will aggressively investigate and prosecute fraudulent use of these taxpayer funds.”

 

The United States began its investigation after receiving a tip that the Genetics Center had misappropriated funds under an NIH grant related to sequencing the human genome. According to the source, the center wanted to draw down a substantial portion of the money remaining on the grant before the end of the grant period so that it would not have to return unused funds to the NIH. To accomplish this, the source claimed the center placed an order for a large quantity of genetic sequencing material from Illumina Inc. just prior to the end of the subject grant. They then allegedly stopped shipment of that material and had Illumina establish a credit for the material, from which the Genetics Center then used to purchase goods and services after the close out of the grant.

 

A two-year investigation substantiated the information provided by the anonymous source. The evidence revealed that just prior to the end of the grant period in late September 2012, the Genetics Center placed an order for Human Omni 5 DNA Analysis Bead Chip Kits from Illumina in the amount of $1,198,384.88. The Genetics Center stopped delivery of the shipment after making payment to Illumina. This resulted in UTHSCH underreporting by that amount the unobligated federal funds remaining on the grant which were not returned to NIH.

 

This misappropriation of federal funds deprived NIH of grant funds to which it would have otherwise been entitled. These funds could have then been used for other grants.

 

Because Illumina had received payment for the shipment, it established a credit to the Genetics Center in the amount of $1,198,384.88. From October 2012 through to Dec. 31, 2017, the center used that credit to purchase goods and services from Illumina.

Thank you, anons, for earlier today. I asked about any available info anons might have in the Climate Change / Global Warming debate, and anons sent me on a search that didnt get me exactly what I was looking for, but it might be just enough to help other anons in their conversations on the subject.

 

The request, you would think, is quite simple. Show how the IPCC comes to the conclusion that increased CO2 in the atmosphere directly correlates to increased temps, and how "deniers" show that those models are flawed. My current stance on the subject has changed some, based on what I've found, but not quite how the "alarmists" would anticipate. The long/short is:

  1. IPCC misquoted papers that were submitted, and even discarded some that were contrary to the original question asked, in order to fluff the 97% number.

  2. IPCC changed how they framed the conversation re: potential human contributions to warming trends (humans weakly contribute changed to majorly contribute) after they received all the submissions that were filtered in order to stress the point of human contribution.

  3. There are still many scientists that insist the greatest contributing factor is the sun.

  4. IPCC refutation of the sun theory currently claims the solar minimum is in direct contraction to recent temp rises (this is still a point that needs addressing).

  5. The actual consensus is that humans do have some impact on the rising temps, but to the extent is the real question that is being avoided by the international community, and stressed by the "deniers".

  6. The changes proposed as a solution would cost far more than the corrective measures would address to alleviate the needs of the "alarmists". In other words, "do all this now, and well see in 10 years."

  7. No matter the real result, the solution involves penalizing developed western countries, and giving everyone else a pass.

Wife of Former U.S. Customs and Border Protection Officer in El Paso Sentenced to Federal Prison

In El Paso, a former U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer’s wife, who fled the country prior to sentencing on federal drug trafficking and bribery charges in 2010, was sentenced to 132 months in federal prison, announced U.S. Attorney John F. During sentencing yesterday, Senior U.S. District Judge David Briones also ordered 41-year-old Ana Marie Hernandez to pay a $100,000 money judgment.

 

On June 21, 2010, the legal permanent resident in the U.S. pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to import a controlled substance and one count of aiding and abetting the bribery of a public official. By pleading guilty, Hernandez admitted that between June 2005 and October 2005, she conspired with others, including her husband, former DHS Customs and Border Protection officer Daniel Ledezma, to allow hundreds of kilograms of cocaine into the U.S. without inspection through the Paso de Norte Port of Entry. For their actions, Hernandez and Ledezma received more than $100,000 in U.S. Currency.

 

An arrest warrant was issued for Hernandez when she failed to appear for sentencing on January 24, 2011.

 

On October 3, 2018, Hernandez was extradited from Mexico to El Paso. She has since remained in federal custody.

 

“This sentencing is a result of the ongoing partnership and collaboration between the FBI, DEA and our international partners to bring to justice an individual who corrupted U.S. law enforcement officials in order to import drugs into the U.S. The FBI and its partners will relentlessly pursue and prosecute individuals that poison the communities of El Paso,” stated FBI Special Agent in Charge Buie.

The ruling explains how President George W. Bush created Fusion Centers whose primary mission was to identify "suspicious Americans."

The nationwide effort to standardize this information sharing was called the Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting Initiative."

 

What does that mean to the average American?

 

It means that you, your family, friends or neighbors could be labeled a "suspicious person" based on the whims of local police and a DHS officer.

 

No one know really knows what factors law enforcement uses in determining if a person should be put on an SAR list. But we do know that the Ninth Circuit ruled that law enforcement does not need to have "reasonable suspicion" to put Americans on a Suspicious Person List.

IDF Completes Major Military Drill Near Lebanese Border Amid Tensions With Iran

 

The drill reportedly imitated an armed conflict between the Israeli military and the Lebanese Hezbollah movement.

 

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have concluded a large-scale military drill in northern Israel this week, the Jerusalem Post reported Thursday.

 

The drill was conducted by the 450th Battalion from the IDF's School for Infantry Corps Professions & Squad Commanders, also known as Bislamach Brigade, and simulated a military conflict with Hezbollah, a Lebanese movement considered to be terrorist by Israel.

Liran Bitton of 450th Battalion told reporters. "They understand themselves better, the purpose of their service and their responsibilities. It's amazing to see the change."

 

Back in 2006, Israel fought a 34-day war with Hezbollah, and recently, tensions along Israel's northern border have been somewhat on the rise again. In particular, the IDF embarked on a mission to find and destroy Hezbollah tunnels dug under the border — which were built even before the war.

 

"The next war will be different than it was in the past," Bitton said in an interview with the Jerusalem Post. "The enemy has gotten better and has more advanced weapons and more experience. Both sides have advanced, and we know our enemy. But, at the same time, I am sure they know us, too."

 

Israel conducted numerous airstrikes in Syria in order to prevent alleged Iranian entrenchment in the Arab Republic, accusing Tehran of smuggling weapons to Hezbollah. However, Tel Aviv's incursions have led America's top intelligence officials to warn of an increased threat of regional war between Iran and Israel, the Jerusalem Post reports.

 

"We know how to prepare ourselves for the different fronts," Bitton continued, adding that "it's not about who we will face, but whether we are really prepared to confront them."

 

Asked for his ideas as to when the next war might begin, Bitton said he gets ready for war at any moment.

 

"I always think like that, so that I am prepared, and I prepare my soldiers," he said.

El-Sherif is a prominent regional Muslim and interfaith leader, having founded the American Muslim Council of Greater Kansas City.

 

The indictment alleges el-Sherif was licensed by Kansas to use Carbon-14 and solvents but eventually lost that permission after an inspection found extensive radioactive contamination in the lab.

 

After the state seized the lab in October 2013, EPA investigators a few months later found numerous containers containing hazardous wastes and tainted with radiation. Of 1,134 at the lab screened, most contained hazardous waste and “almost all of the containers had elevated levels of radiation,” according to the indictment.

 

The indictment did not say if people other than el-Sherif had access to the tainted lab.
