Just a thought. 1 million reward for information on something. Documents, etc. The technicals would need to be worked out such as payment, anonymous states, legality etc. If funds only made it to 100K, that's still a lot of money. I think if you got it viral, you could work up some huge reward money. I would be very surprised if this wasn't bandied around here already?
We would need some experts on crypto (Ive never used it), and a way to ensure secure exchange. It would certainly suck to lose everyone's money. Then a secure upload that is anonymous. Kim Dotcom could do it all really. And, isn't he about to release a crypto currency? Interdasting.
