It sounds like everything you mentioned is absolutely unconstitutional, on it's face.
We are about to own the supreme court for a generation. Whatever law that is would easily get smacked.
You have the right to keep and bear arms, which necessarily includes the right to purchase, the right to assemble from a kit, the right to ammunition (it's an 'arm') and the 4th Amendment requires a warrant for searches.
'They' are going way off the deep end with their desperate legislation lately.
