They take one look at the Pay, Benefits and Vacation available for the average Joe/Jane and put the paper down. The furloughed were and are the most useless of the useless and their comparable private sector jobs are nowhere near their Union negotiated cushy bullshit .gov jobs. Of course none of them actually left.
