If it was the dems, and Northam knows, at least he's got some leverage. Pelosi tweeting that the guy has to go is not a good look for her. She shouldn't have to say it publicly. Looks weak. Gov must have some leverage.

I think it was a sting. Good guys get Tran to put up a bill. Northam, looking at the press coverage Cuomo got, goes balls deep. In the meantime some journos got taken out in the shutdown and are now tje others scared shitless of Feb 15. They bail on covering for Northam, hanging him out to dry.
