The public probably can't know the details due to national security, but the broad strokes need to be made public. Not only for the Dems who and reachable, but for the Republicans and Independents who have a have a hard time with POTUS's demeanor. There are some that I talk to that are influenced by the media and are very disappointed in Trump. For the wrong reasons in my opinion.

The division in the country isn't only between Dems, GOP, various races for some people. It is division within families and friends who have at least one family member who "trusts the plan.
