the upper text matches a search for Joyce Beatty's response to speech. ALTHOUGH, on the phone, there appears to be much more to Beatty's response.

I searched on the word text for bottom part of phone and could not find a match. Makes me think if Beatty's first response was longer than what is on internet now.

The text does not match Potus sotu speech.

Also, It appears the phone holder is writing a message, or why else would the keyboard show on screen. She is not reading a message she is sending a message.
