Fellow anon, I had the same thing happen to me. I have photos. Not the same car, but tinted windows and Alabama plates. The guy stood outside a dressing room waiting with his phone. Followed me outside with his phone. I have video of him. I pulled up next to his vehicle. You could see the

silhouette of the man in the car. He didnโ€™t move just stared forward and wouldnโ€™t make eye contact. The second time, he showed up again at another store ( different day). Tinted windows - Alabama plate. I got pics of him again and the car. Wonder if they are doing this to female anons to intimidate?

U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders has written to a pharmaceutical company asking for a justification on its decision to charge $375,000 annually for a drug that for years has been available to patients for free.

Sanders sent the letter to Catalyst Pharmaceuticals on Monday, in which he asked it to explain both the financial and non-financial factors the company considered when it set the list price for Firdapse in December.

The drug is used to treat Lambert-Eaton Myasthenic Syndrome (LEMS), a rare neuromuscular disorder, according to the letter dated February 4.

The disorder affects about one in 100,000 people in the United State

Catalyst's decision to set the annual list price at $375,000 is not only a blatant fleecing of American taxpayers, but is also an immoral exploitation of patients who need this medication,' Sanders wrote in his letter.

He doubled-down his message yesterday on Twitter, writing: 'Catalyst Pharmaceuticals raised the price of a life-saving drug from $0 to $375,000. Now patients are worried they are going to suffer or even die because of the greed of a drug company.

If Catalyst does not substantially lower the price of this medication, Congress must act.'

 

The government is intensifying its scrutiny of the pharmaceutical industry and rising prescription drug prices, a top voter concern and a priority of President Donald Trump's administration.

Both the Democratic-led U.S. House of Representatives and the Senate, controlled by Republicans, have begun holding hearings this year on the rising costs of medicines. Sanders is an independent who usually votes with Democrats.

Sanders also asked for the number of patients who would suffer or die as a result of the price, as well as information on how much Catalyst was paying to purchase or produce the drug.

 

Catalyst declined to comment on Sanders' letter but its shares fell nearly 8 percent to $2.31.

 

For years, patients have been able to get the same drug for free from Jacobus Pharmaceuticals, a small New Jersey-based drug company, which offered it through a U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) program called 'compassionate use.'

The program allows patients with rare diseases and conditions access to experimental drugs outside of a clinical trial when there is no viable alternative.

Florida-based Catalyst received FDA approval of Firdapse in November, along with exclusive rights to market the medication until 2025.

The company, which bought rights to the drug from a company called BioMarin in 2012, develops and commercializes drugs for rare diseases.

BioMarin and FDA did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Sanders joins other U.S. lawmakers in investigating the pricing practices of pharmaceutical companies this year.

Democratic Representative Elijah Cummings, chairman of the House Oversight Committee, in January wrote to 12 pharmaceutical firms asking for detailed information on how they set drug prices.

Democratic Representatives Frank Pallone and Diana DeGette wrote to the heads of Eli Lilly and Co, Novo Nordisk and Sanofi SA, the long-time leading manufacturers of insulin, requesting information on why the drug's price has skyrocketed in recent years.

Trump Inaugural Committee Hit With Subpoena

 

President Trump's inaugural committee has received a subpoena from Justice Department investigators. The subpoena reportedly orders the committee to hand over a wide-ranging collection of documents related to how it was funded and by whom.

 

The investigation is separate from the probe being conducted by special counsel Robert Mueller into the Trump campaign's possible ties with Russia, which has resulted in several indictments and guilty pleas. Mueller's team has been expected to wind down its investigation soon; this new inquiry could mean continuing headaches for the president and fodder for his political opponents.

 

"We have just received a subpoena for documents," a spokeswoman for the committee tells NPR. "While we are still reviewing the subpoena, it is our intention to cooperate with the inquiry."

 

The subpoena reportedly seeks extensive information about who donated to the inauguration, who the vendors and contractors were, and whether there are any foreign contributors, The Washington Post reports. Federal election law prohibits foreign nationals from donating money to an inaugural committee.

 

The documents are being requested by the Manhattan U.S. attorney's office, which opened its criminal investigation into the inaugural committee in December, The Wall Street Journal reported at the time.

 

The Journal found that prosecutors were looking at how the committee spent its money, who funded it, and whether those funders got anything improper in return. The inaugural committee raised a record $107 million in donations.

 

Monday's subpoena also seeks "communications about payments made directly by donors to vendors โ€” which would flout disclosure rules," the Journal reported. Prosecutors are particularly interested in documents related to "a Los Angeles financier who gave $900,000 to the committee through his private-equity firm and once registered as a foreign agent working on behalf of the Sri Lankan government."

 

That man, Imaad Zuberi, was the only individual named as part of the request for documents, according to The New York Times. Zuberi, who had raised money for President Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, was reportedly trying to develop a relationship with Trump.

 

Prosecutors are also requesting information about who attended inaugural events and whether they were promised photo ops with the president-elect, ABC News reports.

On its own, telling a laid-off journalist to โ€œlearn to codeโ€ is a profoundly annoying bit of โ€œadvice,โ€ a nugget of condescension and antipathy. Itโ€™s also a line many of us may have already heard from relatives who pretend to be well-meaning, and who question an idealistic, unstable, and impecunious career choice. But it was clear from the outset that this โ€œadviceโ€ was larded through with real hostilityโ€”and the timing and ubiquity of the same phrase made me immediately suspect a brigade attack. If they sold Dfly at bargain price then it matters to who and at what price. That info will not be available in that report.

 

A common tactic for many company's is to do much in the forex markets to produce results.

That is the foreign exchange contracts or currency swaps. They used that in a big way according to the 10-Q and it is virtually impossible to trace the flow of that and tie it back to any reasonable action in the report.

 

The derivative assets from a prior post suggest they have done much in that area as well. Basically creating paper and throwing it at it's balance sheet to mask whatever real transaction(s) they are doing.

The image in Q2675 was mirrored for publication.

 

I've been thinking about "timing" and about "direction" and came upon the following:

 

Using the info about the navigation lights, and concluding that the published image is a mirror of the original, can we deduce the direction of flight that was captured? The timing, also?

 

Note the sun on the horizon in the published image. It appears on would be the port or left side of the pilots. If mirrored, that would actually be their starboard or right side.

 

1) Airforce Times caption: Two U.S. Air Force F-15E Strike Eagle aircraft fly over northern Iraq.

 

2) The Atlantic caption: A pair of U.S. Air Force F-15E Strike Eagles fly over northern Iraq after conducting airstrikes in Syria on September 23, 2014.

 

The latter caption says it was a return trip from Syria to Iraq. Both say the jets were over northern Iraq.

 

Was the image of a return trip? If flying northward from Syria, then, the jets flew northeast generally. Where would the sun appear?

 

If the mission was concluded in the twilight of dawn, then, the sun would be seen rising in the east. That would be the right side of the pilots.

 

But if the mission was concluded before sunset, then, the sun would be seen setting in the west. The sun during dusk would appear on the left side of the pilots.

 

Think Mirror. Graphic editors will flip images to suite the design elements of a page or spread. On the most basic level, the mirrored image may signify nothing more than that. Most readers would be unaware of such a flip.

 

However, if there is additional meaning,would it not be in the context of Dark to Light? That is, traveling during the twilight of dawn. The original image would match that meaning โ€“ sun rising in the east.

 

The mirrored image might fit the linear thinking of a typical reader, such as myself, who would see the jets heading across the page, left to right, and think east to west, Syria to Iraq. And not notice the navigation lights. Something akin to confirmation bias.

 

Q has advised us to question everything. So we are no longer among "most readers", right?

 

Upon reflection (pun intended), or as Q has advised, Think Direction (Q 128), the sun in the mirrored published image appears to be on the pilot's left side, or port side, and that would mean the jets flew north during the twilight of the setting sun in the west. That would mean Light to Dark.

 

Now, on night shift an Anon noticed the details of the navigation lights and has corrected the typical viewer's first or even subliminal impression. We see the mirrored image. The photographer happened to be on the port side of the jets so the rising sun was in the background on the eastern horizon. Dark to Light.

 

Yet there is a double meaning. Dark to Light, yes, but given the mirrored image, also heading into battle rather than returning home.

 

The pic may help in re-visualizing direction, timing, and meaning. However, it may not help with the headache that may come on as you go through the twists and turns of changing what you have already seen and may not have questioned. Kek.

Public attention about 5G has been focused on the plans of telecom companies to install millions of small cell towers on electric utility poles, on public buildings and schools, on bus stop shelters, in public parks, and anywhere they want in national parks and on federally owned land.

 

In local urban communities there would be a cell tower approximately every 500 feet along every street.

 

As bad as these small cell towers might seem from the standpoint of constant exposure to radio frequency (RF) radiation in close proximity to the source, perhaps an even more alarming prospect will be the beaming of millimeter length microwaves at the earth from thousands of new communication satellites.

 

The FCC gave approval to SpaceX on March 29, 2018, to launch 4,425 satellites into low orbit around the Earth. [1]

 

The total number of satellites that is expected to be put into low and high orbit by several companies will be 20,000 satellites. [1]

 

5G will use Phased Array Antennas to shoot Beams of Radiation at Cell Phones

 

These satellites will use the same type of phased array antennas as will be used by the ground-based 5G systems.

 

This means that they will send tightly focused beams of intense microwave radiation at each specific 5G device that is on the Earth and each device will send a beam of radiation back to the satellite. [2]

 

Previous generations of RF cellular communication used large antennas to send a blanket of radiation in all directions. The lower frequencies they used and the broad distribution of microwaves limited the numbers of cellular devices that could connect through an individual tall tower.

 

The much shorter length microwaves used for 5G will make it possible to use small phased array antennas to send and receive signals.

 

Phased array antennas consist of clusters of hundreds of tiny antennas that work together to shoot a ray of energy at a target just like a bullet. A cluster of these tiny antennas can be arranged in a 4 inch by 4 inch matrix.

 

The rays of microwaves they produce will be strong enough to pass through walls and human bodies. If they were not strong enough to do this, then everyone with a 5G smartphone would have to stand outside when using the devices. [2]

 

Each 5G product will also have multiple phased array antennas which will be used to create a powerful beam of radiation back to the 5G devices mounted on electrical utility poles or toward a specific satellite in space.

 

These beams of radiation will also need to be strong enough to pass through walls and human flesh such as a hand or head to reach the intended destination. [2]

 

This means that if you are in a crowded location, such as an airport or on a train, there will be hundreds if not thousands of invisible beams of radiation flying through the environment at the speed of light.

 

As people move in that environment, their bodies will be penetrated by numerous beams of radiation as they walk or as other people walk around them with their 5G smartphones. [2]

33 Men Arrested over Historic Child Sex Abuse Allegations in Northern England

 

Thirty-three men have been arrested in relation to allegations of sexual abuse against a child in Halifax, West Yorkshire, between 2002 and 2005.

 

All men, now aged between 30 and 40, have been released under investigation, whilst homes in the West Yorkshire borough of Calderdale, where Halifax is located, Kirklees, and Bradford are being searched, reports the Halifax Courier.

More Syrians return from Jordan camps through Nassib crossing

 

Daraa, SANA โ€“ A number of displaced Syrians returned from camps in Jordan through the Nassib-Jaber border crossing, in the southeastern countryside of the southern Daraa province.

 

After arriving through the crossing on Tuesday, the families were transported to their homes in the areas liberated from terrorism, said SANAโ€™s reporter at the crossing.

 

The reporter noted that the authorities in the Governorate provided the returnees with buses to transport them to their home towns and villages after they registered at the Immigration and Passports Department at the crossing, and that medical services were provided to those who needed it.

 

Since its reopening last October, thousands of displaced Syrians have returned, including hundreds of young people who had their legal status settled.

So, my wife for some reason watches the Wendy Williams show, and I happened to be in the bedroom working on something while it was on and there was a segment called "Jersey Pizza Boys" that featured some VERY blatant Pizzagate reference. In addition to being called Jersey Pizza Boys, the older one had a shirt that said "Big Cheese" and the younger one "Little Cheese". In addition, they made a lot of obvious sexual innuendos when showing how to make pizzas, the host (who i think is one of the Wayans brothers or something?) of course made some over the top reactions to these innuendos for comedy. Efforts to safeguard the 2020 elections are already underway.

 

Although the specific conclusions within the joint report must remain classified, the Departments have concluded there is no evidence to date that any identified activities of a foreign government or foreign agent had a material impact on the integrity or security of election infrastructure or political/campaign infrastructure used in the 2018 midterm elections for the United States Congress. This finding was informed by a report prepared by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) pursuant to the same Executive Order and is consistent with what was indicated by the U.S. government after the 2018 elections.

โ€ข Once common ground discovered, let them tell you everything they have learned about the topic. Even if you disagree, donโ€™t say so.

โ€ข Once the topic is fully explored, compliment them on their knowledge and then ask if they think if it also ties to [blank] (another topic/event/lie you want to make them curious about).

โ€ข If they agree, do NOT โ€œdumpโ€ on them with information youโ€™ve already learned; ask them to dig into it and agree to speak about it in a week or so.

โ€ข During the second conversation, let them be the expert and teach you (keep playing dumb). Be sure to praise them for their open-mindedness and encourage them to keep learning.

โ€ข If someone shares an idea that you believe is wrong/ignorant, do NOT push back; ask, โ€œhelp me see what youโ€™re seeingโ€, or โ€œhelp me understand that betterโ€. The more someone tries to explain something that has no basis, the higher the likelihood they will eventually change their own mind (which YOU can NOT do for/to them).

โ€ข Once someone shows a thirst for new knowledge, invite them to share their ideas with a third person while you are also present (the more they view themselves as a mentor/teacher, the more this reinforces their new beliefs).

โ€ข When stuck, offer to โ€œswitch sidesโ€ and debate the topic from their point of view and have them argue from your point of view. This often helps them talk themselves out of their original viewpoint.

โ€ข When you have to make a statement (instead of asking a question), open it with a โ€œsoftening statementโ€: โ€œDo you think it may be possible that โ€ฆโ€, or, โ€œIโ€™m not sure this is right, but I just read that โ€ฆโ€ This provides possibilities for you and the other person.

โ€ข As often as possible, only discuss events that have already happened. When forced to discuss what you think MIGHT happen in the future, use softening statements first (see paragraph immediately above this one).

โ€ข Do NOT let the conversation turn into a Red vs. Blue argument. Keep repeating that thereโ€™s corruption on both sides of the aisle (point to the huge number of Republican resignations/not running for re-election for both senators and members of congress). Keep the discussion focused on GOOD vs. EVIL!

โ€ข Final point: ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT IN EVERY SINGLE CONVERSATION, YOU ARE THE SECOND-BEST SALESPERSON! Get them talking, keep them talking and encourage their passion for digging!
