i just found footage of caroline. i also noticed everytime he stopped at the beginning and at the end there were kennedy/bissette family member-looking people all around. it was like a family reunion. i think i spotted two more possible kennedy kids. when he's speaking there are three excited girls with signs, i think the one on the right could be one of their kids. she looks a lot like caroline. also there's a guy above that girl that could be their son. he moves to that spot later in the speech. vincent is two rows above the three girls and about 4 people down. the lady with the black off the shoulder sweater is also related to caroline (i've seen her in a young caroline family photo). vincent is one row above that woman and one over. caroline is way over to the left so i'm guessing that whole section is all them and security.
