For what it's worth …
you can't escape the chemtrails
but we did stop using aluminum
cookware, baking pans, etc.
Also if you cook, check the
ingredients in your baking powder.
Some brands still contain aluminum salts.
You can get a baking powder that is free of aluminum.
Or substitute baking soda + 1 tsp of an acid like lemon juice or buttermilk in the recipe.
Do you use underarm deodorant?
Check the label, many brands contain aluminum. (Note: if you use colloidal silver
you can spray it on your underarms instead of a store-bought deodorant;
if you take colloidal silver orally your
underarm odor will be very minimal and
no deodorant needed.)
Do you use antacid tablets?
Many brands contain aluminum hydroxide.
There are aluminum-free alternatives.
Aluminum is pervasive in many homes
and exposure can be significantly reduced
with awareness and care.
