This is all about Tom Girardi.

Tom Girardi is the attorney made famous for the "Erin Brokavich" case against PG&E, currently in bankruptcy and suspected of intentionally setting the Camp fire, among others.

Tom Girardi borrowed $15,000,000 from a firm that loans money to attorneys to finance their law firms….after Girardi "earned" tens if not hundreds of millions of dollars in fees for several high value cases, including the PG&E case.

He borrowed $15,000,000 to "fund his law firm and maintain his lavish lifestyle", a lifestyle revealed partially on "The Houswives of Beverly Hills", where his soon to be ex-wife, Erika Girardi, aka Erika Jayne, dropped several hints that something is wrong with Tom.

Both of the buildings where D Boys were evac'd are owned by Tom Girardi.

One of them is his law firm, Girardi Keese.

The other he rented to a dubious character named Byron Vasquez who runs the "Guatamalan House of Culture" and who appears to have criminal convictions, including possible ties to human trafficking.

By the way, there's no reason to send in the D Boys for an office snatch and grab of docs/computers unless you do not trust the LA FBI office.

Anyone brain dead enough to think this was a "training exercise" still?

Just guessing, but since SEAL Team Six had to change their name to DEVGRU when they were "outed" after the "Bin Laden" raid, chances are they're no longer going by DEVGRU either.
