Plus mil cannot operate on US Soil legally without extreme special circumstances (would prob require Executive action)
We have plenty of high level domestic operators (many mil. trained) who could pull this off.What would be the legal implications if evidence revealed in court was gathered extra-judicially? Could it be thrown out?
