Not a law fag but I believe once a State Of Emergency is called and if this were to happen during. Yes that person (Gov) would be called out in some way. what title/name treasonous etc would be used I am not sure.
They should not have the power though once its called. But to me it would and is a treasonous act. Maybe some Law Fags can give us a schooling on this.
