This guy is involved in towing racketeering that looks like Mafia control of the Michigan State police. Just diggin on this now. But check it out.
Mayor Rick Sollars (guy with glasses and tie) of Taylor Michigan is all about keeping a monooly on the city's towing with a company called Area Towing owned by a guy named Shane Anders. Shane Anders has been named in an FBI investigation along with another guy name Gasper Fiore who owns Boulevard and Trumbull Towing.
Long story short these guys were running a game in Detroit that involved bribing members of the Michigan Police force and Council Members, possibly this mayor here that is looking to be pretty far reaching, in an effort to have a towing monopoly. Gasper Fiore (guy on stairs) seems to be the big man in the scheme. Wouldn't be surprised if this was more than towing contracts.
