Eh. If by "prepare" you mean "offer to bring something to the next family get together/pick up the check" and/or "find the one thing you can agree on, acknowledge it, and shift the conversation to that one cousin everyone thinks is just throwing their whole away", then yes.

I think proving/convicting online harassment and cyberstalking is entirely possible without impugning anyone's 1st Amendment protections.

Accessing someone's private property without the owner's consent and then using what is accessed (stolen) to intimidate or GodOnlyKnowsWhat is a violation of the property owner's rights, yes?
