I think it's been established that (a) not all records counted in this "sealed" category are indictments, (b) not all sealed indictments relate to USA vs deep state … but (c) the sheer number of sealed documents is an order of magnitude higher than the normal levels before 2017. From (c) I infer the vast bulk of sealed records DO relate to the fight against the deep state. And from Q's latest drop, I speculate that some of these sealed documents in the fight against the deep state take some form other than USA v [ ].

 

I don't have the law background to know under what conditions a record can be sealed in a manner that adds to this count in PACER. If any lawfags know, can you elaborate on this point?

 

Specifically interested in kinds of sealed records that relate to fight against the deep state (not unrelated cases, as per the reasoning related to pre/post 2017 rates)

 

I think Q is pointing us towards the idea that some of the deep state sealed records are connected to some attack vector that is not the US DOJ. What could it be?
