To the anons attempting to quit smoking: I found the best and cheapest method is aversion therapy using a mason jar. I quit after only 13 cigarettes. Had smoked for 25 years. Put abt an inch and 1/2 water in jar, put lid on, smoke all you want, but you must put each out in jar, and smell jar before lighting the next one. The key is that your willpower is not used to stop smoking, it is in used in your need to smell the jar before lighting the next one. Your brain will begin to associate the smell with the pleasure of smoking and all desire for the cigarette will leave you. I to this day cannot stand the smell of cigarettes and I quit 12 years ago. Of course, no big pharma doesn't make any money so nobody really hears abt this method. Good luck.
