By definition, PROfession (to profess) is public. Confession is not necessarily public.

Lay a foundation for the evidence by questions that lead to it, and then authenticate the evidence with questions that prove it's existence.

Then ask the court to receive it in evidence, and overcome any objections. If you did your job right (i.e. found legit evidence, laid the proper foundation and then authenticated properly), there won't be any good objections.
