Possibly a fairy tale …but who knows when items disappear from the Internet….around 2009 I read (I believe) a 1964 summary of the G4 (Us/Uk/Ger/France) worried about the effects of nuclear testing since the Trinity testing. The summit focused on research from all 4 countries to come up with a scapegoat if the nuclear testing indeed had ww health implications. Paid by Government funding in these 4 countries, research goons came up with possible scapegoats for higher levels of cancer arising. These were: Diesel and cigarettes….US said no feckin way we wud accept diesel being the culprit Their think tanks agencies ie Rand corporation said….Yes ofc its cigarettes! Plus It has the additional advantage of division right down to the basic family unit (evil chuckle). ….Good to go.

Needless to say I can't find the G4 paper anymore on the Internet, it has been scrubbed..did I dream it up? I didn't but have no proof. Mebbe a cleverer Anon can find it because it would be prroof of a strategy driven PR war going way backs
