Voters Don’t Think Evidence for Impeachment Is Likely, Reelection More Likely than Not

A majority of voters don’t think it is likely Democrats will find evidence that leads to impeachment, but find it more likely than not Donald Trump will be reelected.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds 53% of likely voters do not believe it is likely House Democrat investigations will find evidence leading to impeachment, including 29% who say it’s not at all likely.

Another 24% say it’s not very likely.

In total, 44% think it’s likely, with just 24% saying it’s very likely and 20% who say it’s at least somewhat likely.

Meanwhile, 44% believe it is more likely President Trump will be reelected in 2020, down slightly from 47% last November. But that compares to 35% who believe he will be defeated by the Democratic nominee.

President Trump Made the Right Decision to Walk at the Second Nuclear Summit in Vietnam

While the second U.S.-North Korea nuclear summit in Hanoi, Vietnam, did not result in an agreement, everyone but Donald Trump got it wrong.

President Trump made the right decision, and once again left the prognosticators and critics looking foolish.

Corporate Big Media

NBC News reported there was concern members of the Trump Administration were willing to lift sanctions on North Korea before Chairman Kim agreed to the complete and verifiable denuclearization of the peninsula.

People’s Pundit Daily (PPD) reported prior that the president already made the decision to not ease sanctions on the regime before the NBC News report was published.

The White House disputed the report, which undermined the president during negotiations. But the NBC News report was not accurate, as further evidenced by the president walking away.

These Cameras Can Spot Shoplifters Even Before They Steal

It’s watching, and knows a crime is about to take place before it happens.

Vaak, a Japanese startup, has developed artificial intelligence software that hunts for potential shoplifters, using footage from security cameras for fidgeting, restlessness and other potentially suspicious body language.

While AI is usually envisioned as a smart personal assistant or self-driving car, it turns out the technology is pretty good at spotting nefarious behavior. Like a scene out of the movie “Minority Report,” algorithms analyze security-camera footage and alert staff about potential thieves via a smartphone app. The goal is prevention; if the target is approached and asked if they need help, there’s a good chance the theft never happens.

Vaak made headlines last year when it helped to nab a shoplifter at a convenience store in Yokohama. Vaak had set up its software in the shop as a test case, which picked up on previously undetected shoplifting activity. The perpetrator was arrested a few days later.

Green New Deal Dystopia

It’s entirely possible the Green New Deal socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez doesn’t have a clue and she is a useful idiot. She may in fact believe the Green New Deal is a panacea for global warming.

Patrick Moore, the founder of Greenpeace who left that organization in disgust, tweeted AOC and put the Green New Deal into perspective:

@AOC

Pompous little twit. You don’t have a plan to grow food for 8 billion people without fossil fuels, or get food into the cities. Horses? If fossil fuels were banned every tree in the world would be cut down for fuel for cooking and heating. You would bring about mass death.

— Patrick Moore (@EcoSenseNow) March 3, 2019

As Moore points out, if implemented the Green New Deal will result in serious depopulation

More than a decade ago, I wrote:

Is it possible supposedly man-made “climate change” and the “food crisis” are components of a sinister depopulation agenda designed to cull the herd down to a manageable level, as proclaimed on the mysterious Georgia Guidestones? (“Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.”)

In February I produced a video on this subject:

Attorney General William Barr will not recuse himself from the Russia probe, setting up a possible showdown with Democrats over Mueller's report

Attorney General William Barr will not recuse himself from the Russia probe, a Justice Department spokesperson told INSIDER on Tuesday.

Barr was confirmed as attorney general last month after a contentious confirmation hearing during which Democratic lawmakers grilled him about whether he would recuse himself from overseeing the special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russia's interference in the 2016 US election.

Their concerns stemmed from a controversial memo Barr sent last year to the Justice Department and President Donald Trump's legal team — as well as lawyers representing other defendants in the Russia probe — in which he argued that Mueller's obstruction-of-justice investigation was "legally unsupportable" and should not be sanctioned by the department.
