Rand voted for Kavanaugh despite his reservations. He's been shot at and beaten, but has stood by POTUS and met with him numerous times. Trump knows Rand and knows his mind. His vote on this matters little because the veto will not be overridden anyway. Optics are important moving forward, and somebody has to run in 2024…Nobody will be able to look back and claim that Rand sacrificed his view on the Constitution. Nobody.
