Not sure THAAD would be used since it's anti-missile and not anti-aircraft, and the range isn't quite right if it was launched from the West Coast. It's too big in the picture, too. Not sure what it's about, but it looks like the passive/active/lock/fire/track functions of a SAM installation. The battery ground/battery roof bit stuck out.
The edges of the clouds no being blurry is a big deal in that picture.
What does that mean? Multicast Group List? What kind of tech does it involve?
