The First Amendment to the United States Constitution prevents Congress from making any law respecting an establishment of religion, prohibiting the free exercise of religion, or ABRIDGING the FREEDOM OF SPEECH speech, the freedom of the press, the right to peaceably assemble, or to petition for a governmental redress of grievances.

Speech is speech, no mater if it's hateful or not, it's still protected by the 1st amendment, and they have just passed an illegal bill.

Point is, they are blowing this up on MSM and normies won't understand any of those small differences.

Then they will push a bill doing something of the same thing, inhibiting free speech.

This 'resolution' is testing the water to see how far they can push and get away with it.

So we have to act on this now to prevent something worse from coming down the pike.

It can not become law as long as it is protected in the constitutionโ€ฆand I haven't heard of them having a CoS to change it either.

They pass it into law, we do not have to abide by that law due to it's unlawfulness.
