Yes Denver and surrounding areas are corrupt to the core, it's all Dem controlled.

Look at the distance between Buckley and Denver International. 10 miles and NOTHING between them of significance. Not hard to run a large tunnel between the two. A large bore machine can knock that out quickly.

Also recall that Denver Intl replaced Denver Stapleton and it was very close to the line between Den Intl and Buckley - so they could join an existing tunnel from Stapleton to Buckley. A tunnel is not out of the question at all, even make sense. Buckley does have various classified ops that requir lots of data, so the idea of a large data repository of some type there is not unreasonable.

Do you know about the DC newspaper article from the late 80s early 90s that detailed exactly that and talked about GHWB and others? It was written but then ignored. WaPo or WashTImes.

Runways are always lined up for prevailing winds. Denver has N/S and E/W winds. So the runways are aligned that way. Since there's so much land to be used, they built more than one for each direction but FAA rules state they have to be some minimum distance apart. So it turns out looking like that. Not saying it wasn't meant to look like a swastika but many airports will if they have 6+ runways.

Was in FAA HQ as DEN was being planned and built. The only real issue with it all was underground. As we approached opening day, it was delayed due to "baggage handling machinery". No one in DC really gave it a second thought because the air and ground sides were all ready to go. It was the underground things that held things up.

Stated reason was underground baggage handling, but all we know for sure now is that it was an underground issue. There are large and deep structures underground there… and baggage handling is the official line.
