You need to bottle, label, and sell it as “No chill”

Destroying a persons ego has never been more delicious.

Where’s that frog sipping coffee? Kinda of imagine he’s got a cupful of it.

CIA’s venture capital firm In-Q-tel

A venture capital firm is a group of investors who gain income from wealthy people who want to grow their wealth. They take this money and use it to invest in more risky businesses than a traditional bank is willing to take on. Because the investments are risky, the venture capital firm typically charges a higher interest rate to the businesses it is investing in than other types of lenders would. The interest rate is worth it to the business, however, because the business would otherwise not receive the financing needed.

Ok, so the CIA seeds these risky companies with money to invest in a product they desire. Venture capital firms expect a ROI (return of investment) on their products - “a means for the wealthy to increase their wealth”.

Now we know the CIA does it for the purpose of developing technologies they can exploit, legally and “extralegally” (illegal is facebook).

So does In-Q-tel actually receive return on profits? Are they paid back dividends or shares? Where does that money go? It should go into the govt coffers, but seriously where is the audit trail of In-Q-tel?

Where can we find it? Do they hide it behind a veil of secrecy?

So the big question is, does the American govt and through them, the american people have a bunch of money sitting in a dark account used to fund these programs? Or does the CIA use these programs to enrich their own people and “friends”? How can we be sure they are not doing this?
