These people can be hundreds or thousands of years old and never look a day past 20 by Earth standards, because their planets are in another, much more loving frequency where Love is the main driving force of EVERYTHING in life.
Trust yourself. Especially "channelings" are quite easy not only to fabricate, but for negative entites to impersonate the positive ones and fool people with that gift. But you can still get a fairly good basic picture if you search for Truth yourself.
