If the OIG found no intentional DOJ and FBI malfeasance in their June '18 report on 2016 FBI conduct/activity (Clinton-Trump), what's the likelihood of the same OIG finding malfeasance as it relates to DOJ/FBI FISA activity and the exact same people?

 

Think about it.

 

The 2018 report found no DOJ/FBI misconduct (only some bad judgement). There were no criminal referrals. There were recommendations for internal improvement, which Director Wray said the FBI would implement.

 

The June OIG report was the second OIG report of 2018 attached to the FBI (first was FBI media leaks which did result in McCabe referral). And the June report covered the totality of DOJ and FBI activity throughout 2016.

 

Three months prior to the June 2018 OIG final report being published, in March 2018 the third angle of the OIG review was opened. This third OIG review is specific to issues around FISA. This is the one all are awaiting.

 

It's important to note the Office of Inspector General FISA review/investigation of potential FISA abuses (opened March) was launched three months prior to the "Election Activity" final report in June 2016.

 

The time frame covered by the "Election Activity" review (OIG report 2) and the "FISA Activity" review (OIG report 3) are the same. The topics are different (FISA being more specific), but the people under review and time-frame therein are identical.

 

Three months after announcing the "FISA specific review", the OIG produced report 2 and stated there was no intentionally corrupt behavior the IG office could identify in the conduct of DOJ and FBI officials in 2016; only some very questionable judgement.

 

No criminal referrals were made as a result of the June OIG report; and by the time the "election review" report was finalized many of the reviewed FBI and DOJ officials had resigned, retired or been fired. [The remaining exits came shortly thereafter]

 

The question: If the OIG found no intentional corrupt activity in the June '18 report (only bad judgement); no referrals were made; and time period and people are exactly the same; how can the OIG produce a post-facto FISA review report with substantively different conclusions?

 

Bruce Ohr is likely still employed for the same reason the dispatch of Strzok was delayed. The OIG and INSD (inspection division) can only reach those still inside the system.

 

On the narrow issue of how the DOJ and FBI assembled, handled and used the FISA application, and subsequent Title-1 surveillance warrant, against the Trump campaign (and officials therein), Bruce Ohr is a key and central witness for the OIG.

 

Unlike the previous OIG report #2 (Election-era Issues) if the OIG can find direct and intentional "gross misconduct" (by referencing traditional and historic FISA application assembly therein), toward those officials who participated in the FISA assembly then it becomes possible the OIG report could potentially outline the FISA application resulted in serious fourth amendment civil rights violations.

 

And that could be a narrow opening toward legal issues for DOJ and FBI officials who participated in assembling an intentional fraudulently-based application to the FISA court.

 

Unfortunately, that approach is a very high bar for the OIG to reach. Again, the OIG would have to find "direct evidence" of "gross misconduct" resulting in civil rights violations. The defensive arguments would be filled w/ legal justification(s) and internal process discussion.

 

Unfortunately x 2, such outlined "fourth amendment" FISA abuse finding would also be adverse to the interests of a larger U.S. intelligence apparatus, and institutional participants, who rely on utilization of the FISA process and would seek to protect it.

 

I suspect the officials who abused the FISA court are also relying upon the necessity of the FISA process to protect themselves from too much scrutiny and sunlight.

 

An example of that reality is found with HPSCI Chairman Devin Nunes advocating for FISA renewal April '18.

Syria Ready for War to Regain Oil-Rich Golan Heights

 

In 1981 when Israel officially annexed Syria’s Golan Heights after occupying it following the Six Day War, the United States under President Ronald Reagan voted unanimously with the UN Security Council to condemn the Israeli theft of around 1,800 square kilometers.

 

On December 15 1981, The New York Times reported:

 

The Reagan Administration said the annexation of the Golan Heights was inconsistent with the Camp David accords. A White House spokesman said the United States had been given no prior warning of the move.

 

Since that time, the situation has changed dramatically in Israel’s favor.

 

Last November, the US voted with Israel against a UN resolution calling for an Israeli withdrawal from the Golan. The resolution was passed by a 181-2 margin with only the US and Israel voting against. The US had abstained on previous resolutions calling for Israel to leave the Golan Heights.

 

The record shows and the late IDF boss Moshe Dayan admitted Israel had engineered numerous provocations in a demilitarized zone on the Golan border of Syria prior to the war.

 

This led to retaliatory strikes on Israeli kibbutzim and moshavim near the border which in turn prompted a response by Israel. In addition to its strategic significance, the Golan Heights has a bounty of fresh water. During the invasion and occupation of southern Lebanon, the Israelis planned to steal water from the Litani River and divert it to Israel.

 

The Golan figures into the plan for a Greater Israel envisioned by David Ben-Gurion and other leading Zionists. According to Ben-Gurion, the frontiers of a future Israel would reach

 

to the north, the Litani river, to the northeast, the Wadi β€˜Owja, twenty miles south of Damascus; the southern border will be mobile and pushed into Sinai at least up to Wadi al-β€˜Arish; and to the east, the Syrian Desert, including the furthest edge of Transjordan. There is, however, a more practical and less ideological reason for annexing the Golan Heightsβ€”oil.

 

In early 2013, Israel granted the American corporation Genie Oil and Gas a permit to explore for oil and gas on a 153-square mile radius in the southern part of the Golan Heights. Genie Energy is advised by Dick Cheney and its shareholders include Jacob Rothschild and Rupert Murdoch.

The FEC [Federal Election Commission] hit Jeb Bush’s super PAC with a $390,000 fine for illegally accepting $1.3 million in donations from Chinese-owned corporation American Pacific International Capital (APIC) during the 2016 presidential primary.

 

Jeb Bush’s brother, Neil Bush sat on the board for APIC.

 

Jeb Bush founded the PAC in January of 2015, but handed over control of the PAC to Republican consultant Mike Murphy in Spring of 2016.

 

Campaign Legal Center (CLC), a watchdog group, filed a formal complaint with the FEC in August of 2016 citing a report from The Intercept detailing how Chinese businessmen were illegally funneling money to Jeb Bush’s PAC, Right to Rise USA.

One month later, American Pacific International Capital Inc., a California corporation owned by Gordon Tang and Huaidan Chen, a married couple who are citizens of China and permanent residents of Singapore, made a $1 million donation to Right to Rise USA. APIC subsequently gave the group an additional $300,000, its total donation of $1.3 million making APIC one of the Bush Super PAC’s largest contributors.

Night [#] Crumbs Were A Signature About F-117 Nighthawk Stealth Bombers

This is just a theory

There have been recent reports about F-117 sightings and flights, as if they're active again, EVEN THOUGH they were decommissioned years ago in 2007 and 2008.

These were the planes being developed in Area 51 during the 70s and 80s, so they have ALWAYS had secrecy associated with them.

It’s not stopped by the Pilot pulling the Yoke, which for normal trim from the autopilot or runaway manual trim triggers trim hold sensors. This would negate why MCAS was implemented, the Pilot pulling so hard on the Yoke that the aircraft is flying close to stall.

 

It’s probably this counterintuitive characteristic, which goes against what has been trained many times in the simulator for unwanted autopilot trim or manual trim runaway, which has confused the pilots of JT610. They learned that holding against the trim stopped the nose down, and then they could take action, like counter-trimming or outright CUTOUT the trim servo. But it didn’t. After a 10 second trim to a 2.5Β° nose down stabilizer position, the trimming started again despite the Pilots pulling against it. The faulty high AOA signal was still present.

 

How should they know that pulling on the Yoke didn’t stop the trim? It was described nowhere; neither in the aircraft’s manual, the AFM, nor in the Pilot’s manual, the FCOM. This has created strong reactions from airlines with the 737 MAX on the flight line and their Pilots. They have learned the NG and the MAX flies the same. They fly them interchangeably during the week.

 

They do fly the same as long as no fault appears. Then there are differences, and the Pilots should have been informed about the differences.

At Least 100 People Died In Or En Route To al-Hol Camp Controlled By US-backed Forces

 

At least 100 people β€” almost all small children β€” have died in recent days traveling out of the war zone or in the al-Hol camp controlled by the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), Voice of America (VOA) reported citing the International Rescue Committee.

 

According to the report, hundreds more children are suffering from acute malnutrition and trauma in a crisis that has strained the camp to the β€œbreaking point.”

The reports went further saying that the situation in the camp has always been complicated and is not likely going to improve soon.

 

It’s interesting to point out that the report came amid the final phase of the SDF operation against the remaining ISIS positions in the Euphrates Valley. In the course of the operation, multiple ISIS members and ISIS-linked persons as well as civilians were β€œevacuated” from the area by US-backed forces and then transfered to SDF-controlled camps in northeastern Syria. The poor humanitarian situation in these camps as well as a high number of ISIS-linked persons there pose a serious security threat to the SDF-controlled area.

I went to great lengths to see if this story was a hoax, and it is not. It was captured in the Wayback machine and the original appears to be expunged. They killed the entire domain this appeared on, probably over this, now handled via re-direct. If you copy the base URL without the MX on it, it takes you to the New York Times. But if you add the MX, it takes you to a generic page, that references in the whois as registered in 2018. PROBLEM: The Wayback machine has this archived Jan 2017, which means there's no way the .mx extension could be a totally freshly registered by someone else, the NYT realy did own this when the Wayback machine captured it. Evidently the New York Times needed to bury this and to save Hillary they killed a URL extension over it. Here is the link to the Wayback machine that proves this existed. Try copying it any way you like right out of the Wayback machine to try to get it to work. It does not. WHY NOT? Did a rogue reporter post this, only to be dripping from a heavy metal head wound the next day? Probably! A search of that reporter referenced by the Wayback machine returns ZERO, for both "The Times" and 'The New York Times". He's dead and deleted. OOPS, forgot to clean that Wayback machine! There has to be a reason why he no longer turns up anywhere and the Wayback machine did not screw this up.
