Fine, Q. But mankind has always formulated it’s belief systems (and they are systems), based on authority, tradition and revelation. Do you actually suggest that science is not based on those dynamics?
We are all certainly grateful to have had this “backchannel” in which to gather and learn. But people will always tend to assemble and mobilize into separate groupings based on any number of factors. Look at the subject of ubiquity. Some things that spread out everywhere, yet travel through naturally occurring nexuses.

Many of us have assumed that you have been working behind the scenes to facilitate a replacement for msm. I believe that is something better done by private individuals, with the assistance of public servants. But after a year onboard this ship, I am doubtful that can occur.
