Unusually, I got the same error that others have gotten: this image already exists. It referred me to the bread from this weekend.

Also, dossier was not compiled to put POTUS in jail. It was compiled to provide "evidence" justifying a wiretap simply intended to gather more evidence to use to prevent his election, jail or not.
Per multiple Q posts eg Q 1828, the tarmac meeting was about Scalia's SC seat. Clearly, the FBI conclusions were not done earlier…if they were, you could argue they never really had any substantive conclusions to begin with.
