Adultery and abuse are always grounds for divorce.
I’m speaking of Biblicaly.
I do understand what Jesus said. But I don’t think He was meaning for women to stay in an abusive relationship. I’ve been cheated on. And I have stayed. It has been very difficult to let go of the bitterness. It’s almost impossible. Hearts do harden. But with salvation and through the cross and the help of the Holy Spirit it is possible to move forward in forgiveness and love. I think that’s what He meant.
