Crime: shot, killed and injured passangers in a tram
Victims: 3 dead - 5 injured - 3 of them severely injured
Utrecht mayor Aalberg does not rule out a terror motive.
Dutch Prime-Ministrer Mark Rutte gave a pressconference. Which I find odd.

"Whether the motive of the suspected Turk is a relationship-drama or a terror attack, how can someone with a criminal record loaded with crimes like murder, theft and rape still be walking around freely with a gun and kill innocent people??

It turns out this Utrecht Terror shooter, Gökmen Tanis, is connected to ISIS. Probably a jihadi. Screw that "relationship-drama" narrative. Has to be a terror attack.
