I can tell you exactly where this is. It doesn't take a genius to figure it out: St. Bart's. Tiny, super-upscale, playground for the rich and famous, not even a real country (French overseas territory governed by Martinique).
And the shores of that nearby European country? It's St. Maarten/St. Martin. I lived there for 2 years. Lots of shady stuff and an incredibly high murder rate per capita (mostly drug hits, I was told).
Anyway, if you want to dig for pics to solve the puzzle, include "St. Bart's" or "St. Barth" (FR) in your search.
