Regarding Kappy's "suicide": Since a F150 supposedly "ran over" Kappy, wouldn't there be a mandatory investigation of the driver (a blood alcohol level at minimum) in an incident in which a "pedestrian" died in part (possibly) due to impact from a motor vehicle. What is the state law regarding this in AZ? I know in other states, if a pedestrian is struck and killed, it is mandatory to do an investigation of driver and maybe even an autopsy/investigation of the victim to see if one of them was impaired or who is at fault. Especially with so few eye witnesses in this case. Maybe there is a savvy anon here who would know how to look into this aspect? I, for one, am leaning toward the theory that Kappy's death was faked and he is now being protected ted by the white hats.
