I just realized that that famous "insurance policy" wasn't referring to their "plan" to take down POTUS, it was his complaint that going through the motions of SETTING HIM UP FOR A POSSIBLE FUTURE TAKEDOWN wasn't necessary because THEY NEVER THOUGHT SHE WOULD LOSE!!! So the upper echelons didn't give a shit if he lost, [[[McCabe]]], they were still trying to set him up for LWOP after the election and I'm sure that was at HrC's direction. So Stzrok was actually CONFUSED bc he just didn't think going through all of that would be necessary if it was just to take him out IF he won since he assumed she would.
