Sedition. You cannot knowingly lie in an attempt to undermine the government. That's the basis of the famous, "Yelling fire in a crowded theater when you know there's not a fire", argument in a supreme court case. It's not protected speech if you know it's a lie.
POTUS teed up Schiff last night on Hannity. POTUS saying, "He knowingly lied", and "went into the backroom afterwards and laughed about it". Pelosi has to act on that. POTUS isn't fucking around.
