Handler's avatar looks like the double triangle of NAMBLA, including the purple and the foot on the top. Definitely something strange going on. Could be a test run. Stay vigilant.
Reminds me of that guy who got arrested for having a signal jammer in his car to get people to stop using their phones while driving.
I wouldn't put it past them since most broadcasts are wifi and cell tower based.
