>Nunes: By ‘End of Next Week’ We Will Have Criminal Referrals for ‘Falsely Claimed’ Russia Investigation

Looking at the link Q dropped yesterday re treason, etc., I noticed under the item about attempting to overthrow the government that it is a crime if you happen across evidence that actions are underway to overthrow the government and you don't report it immediately.

Made me think of the reports of Nunes going to the White House SCIF suddenly.

Schiff looks to be in trouble for knowingly using false information to undermine the government, which has been further defined by the terms 'clear and present danger' and 'imminent criminal activity' in later SCOTUS rulings

IOW, talking about what you might do, even if you are using false facts, is still protected. The push for Schiff to resign must be based on current information that he is actively subverting, it would seem. If he knows the same info as Nunes (they're on the same committee, I think) but is not reporting it as anti-government activity, that's front line of where the case is going to be fought, IMO.
