The truth needs to come out about him in a BIG WAY!
We've ALWAYS been at war with the devil, ever since Adam sinned against God. Remember, before that Adam was not afraid of God. In fact, God had Adam name all the animals. God gave Adam authority over everything on the earth. But right after he sinned, he lost that connection with God, and the first thing he did was to hide from God. He lost everything after he sinned. He lost that ability to communicate with God - the only way to truly communicate with God is via Holy Spirit. That's what Adam lost (he was made in the image of God; God is Spirit). Adam already had knowledge of good, so all he gained by eating of the forbidden tree was knowledge of evil.
Awe man! This made me cry!!
God did not want us to fear Him, but to reverance Him. I think the fear comes from the absence of God, not from knowing God.
That's why Adam feared God and hid from him (kek!, as if you can hide from God) when that Spirit part of him died. Remember, God said you shall surely die! "Surely" - an absolute positive. Then, why did Adam live to be hundreds of years old? Did God lie? God forbid! God is not a man that he should lie. What died in Adam was what God created in him - the image of God. What is the image of God? Well, the bible tells us that as well. God is Spirit and them that worship him must worship him in Spirit.
"For God hath not given us a spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." (2 Timothy 1:7)

I would join a Christian home based non-denominational fellowship.
When reading the Bible, pray and ask God to open the eyes of your understanding. you will be amazed!!
Also, read Romans 10:9&10 - that is how you get born again of holy spirit. That is all it takes, believing and confessing the Lord Jesus Christ and that God raised him from the dead.
