The Judge can only look at the current case against Flynn. Not any other ases Flynn may be involved in. So the stupid notion that he introduced evidence is ridiculous because there was no trial.
It doesn't really matter, as far as the case Mueller cooerced him to accept a guilty plea. It's done and over and all that's left is sentencing. Last time Flynn was in court, he was ready to be sentenced and was not going to change his plea. There will be no introductin of evidence. That only happens at trial and there's not going to be a trial.
Which evidence? Prosecutor's have evidence and usually a good lawyer can demand discovery. Flynn had a shit lawyer how didn't demand it. Just allowed him to accept the plea.
