The restaurants liquor license will usually have the building owners name and signature on it. They will almost ALL end in Stein, Witz, or Berg
I my state the jew population is less than 2% I believe. Yet almost every restaurant i walk into, whether a chipotle, pita jungle, chompies, both kosher and non-kosher, will have a cartoonishly jewish name listed as the owner.
