That set of predictions was predestined to not age well. It suggests Sessions sought advice from SCOTUS on recusal. On it's face, that line of "seeking approval" is absurd. Recusals are always taken within one branch. Judges don't look for recusal advice from DOJ, and DOJ doesn't seek recusal advice from the courts.

The point of recusal is to preserve the illusion of absence of bias on the part of the branch where the recusal occurs. DOJ performs recusal to preserve appearance of DOJ impartiality. Judges recuse to preserve appearance of court impartiality. The ultimate judge of impartiality is the public, so appearances count for something.

A bit like Cohen pleading guilty to election finance violation when there is none.

Mueller's team was rife with prosecutorial abuse. Hopefully that comes out. Giuliani's said his 87 page "rebuttal to Mueller" includes some "bad things about SC conduct," and Caputo and Corsi are very open with their accusations of prosecutorial abuse.

Engineering was a rat trap as manufacturing was off shored. Skilled trades has been and remains a solid gold mine. Tool makers and electrical/controls make big bucks.
