>(6) Sealed Records. Records, orders, and subpoenas relating to grand-jury proceedings must be kept under seal to the extent and as long as necessary to prevent the unauthorized disclosure of a matter occurring before a grand jury.

 

That swath of sealed filings is not entirely indictments. SOME absolutely are, but many are likely meta-filings sealing the disclosure of Nat sec info to Grand juries, and there would likely be multiple sealed records filings per indictment.

We've heard previously that Huber's attorneys had ~20 cases each, which is approx 10,000 cases with 470 attorneys. There being 8 sealed filings per case (and potential indictment which each can include multiple charges) seems reasonable to me.
