Here's how NSA intelligence works (from my layman's perspective):
I can know the possibility everything, but cannot prevent them all.
I can prioritize the response to events, but ultimately the safety of the populace is up to the populace.

I can know much of everything, and still be powerless to force the people to share in that understanding.
I can exact justice on behalf of the victimized, but prosecution without a crime is a crime in and of itself (think Minority Report).
Every single one of us can look at that next drink, and refuse. We can prep the needle, and walk away. We can plan the heist, and instead, fill out a job application. We can prey upon the innocent, until we see the universe in our next victims eyes. We can choose life over the unwanted burden or "prevention of a shit life" for the unborn.
In those experiences, we learn unconditional love.
Either for our fellow man, or ourselves.
Every regime change until this point in history has been an exercise of a group of people taking the law into their hands and through their own rose-tinted glasses of wrathful retribution, bringing about a "restoration of order". The righteous, however, use the perfect laws of classical understanding derived from the wisdom of God to correct all the wrongs for a permanent change for generations to come.
If you are having an existential experience with the way the plan is being handled, keep in mind that the plan is taking into consideration the existential nature of the evil that is being dealt with. When we question the works of servants proclaiming a higher purpose in our midst, that are doing an obvious work of good in favor for humanity, we literally put ourselves in the same pedestal of self-righteousness as Lucifer did when he questioned the motives of the heavenly father when he created man. Who are 'we to boast of methods and principals of execution of lawful good?
Do we understand it? Do we need to understand it? Better yet; are we ready to understand it? If you want to take issue with what's going on, take it up with the Creator. He's more than capable of handling your crisis. His teachings would have you search yourself for the answer; not what some anonymous group of anons lead by an alphabet letter would have you believe. If you want to get behind the real change that is unfolding before your eyes, then put yourself in the place of a non-doubter. What does Q needs from us? Support and prayers to do this the right way for the first time in our human history. Independent thinkers in the way of discernment. Disciples of truth when the reveal shatters perspective. Proclaimers of hope in ourselves and each other instead of dividers of race, religion, and ideology. That's worth seeing through to the end. You are literally witnessing the return of power to the people. Being there for them is the greatest of causes.
